We offer seamless Returns within 30 days, and easy Exchanges are available for U.S. lingerie lovers too. Full details below. (Excludes items marked FINAL SALE.)

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

    International Returns

    Please contact us at hello@thistleandspire.com to arrange your return.
    • Products returned for store credit are processed free of charge. International returns that are refunded to the original payment method, will incur a $20 return fee.
    • We cannot accept exchanges on international orders at this time.

    Terms & Conditions

    • You have up to 30 days after delivery to process your return, and you can enjoy extended exchanges through 10 January 2025.
    • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of alterations. Merchandise must have all original tags and packaging including hygiene stickers for panties and bodysuits. *Please try on your new panties and bodysuits with underwear on.
    • The original poly mailer you received your order in can be re-used to send your return back. Simply remove the tape on the 2nd adhesive strip and seal.
    • Each item returned must be accounted for on your Happy Returns Authorization for credit/refunds.
    • We are unable to process refunds for items that are returned without authorization.
    • Any sale* item(s) are eligible for store credit only. Sale items are all discounted items within our 'Sale' tab.
    • If a Sale item was moved to FINAL SALE after your purchase was made, please connect with us at hello@thistleandspire.com and we will override your return with Happy Returns.
    • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hosiery, pasties, body chains, and sale items marked FINAL SALE.
    • Returns that don’t comply with Thistle and Spire's returns policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
