Enjoy seamless Returns and Exchanges within 30 days - just submit online and drop your item(s) at a location near you or mail it back to us. (Excludes items marked FINAL SALE.)

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

Just like our lingerie, we make sure every moment shopping with us can be customized to fit you *just right*.

You can choose to add $1 at checkout to get totally free Returns and Exchanges, or pay a $5 fee later if you’re not totally happy with your new look.

We proudly partner with Happy Returns to be sure there’s a convenient Return Bar location near you, or you can drop off at any post office or stores affiliated with our shipping carriers.

International Returns

Babes abroad, we’re giving it all we’ve got to get our panties across the borders to you! We’re all about quality not quantity and shipping costs are high, so please forgive us splitting the cost with you.

Please contact us at hello@thistleandspire.com to arrange your return.

Return your order for a flat fee of $20 USD, and get a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
Choose your post office or any nearby store affiliated with our shipping carriers to drop off your item(s).
At this time we’re unable to process Exchanges on international orders.

U.S. and International Terms & Conditions

You have up to 30 days after delivery to process your return or exchange.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of alterations. Merchandise must have all original tags and packaging including hygiene stickers for panties and bodysuits. *Please try on your new panties and bodysuits with underwear on.
The original mailer you received your order in can be re-used to send your return back. Simply remove the tape on the 2nd adhesive strip and seal.
Happy Returns Authorization: Each item returned must be accounted for to activate your credit or refund.
We are unable to process refunds for items that are returned without authorization.
Any sale* item(s) are eligible for store credit only. Sale items are all discounted items within our 'Sale' collection.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hosiery, pasties, body chains, and sale items marked FINAL SALE.
Returns that don’t comply with Thistle and Spire's returns policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
